One-Time Payment Plans

These are non-renewing, prepaid purchases. Cancellations are not applicable once payment is processed. You will have access to the plan for the entire duration specified at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions (When Enabled)

If recurring subscriptions are active:

• Users can cancel auto-renewal anytime before the next billing date
• Access remains valid until the current period ends
• No prorated refunds are available for partial usage

To cancel your subscription, please visit your profile page and use the subscription management options.

Account Cancellation

Users can request permanent account deletion, which removes all personal data and remaining access rights. To request account deletion, please contact us at desyra.contact@gmail.com.
