Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be allowed in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate payment due to technical or banking error
- Failure to activate a plan after successful transaction
- Non-receipt of purchased product due to platform error
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind or mistaken purchase
- Subscription period has started or plan benefits used
- Account found to be in violation of Terms of Service
Process for Requesting Refunds
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to desyra.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of payment
- Include transaction ID, payment receipt, and registered email ID
- After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
