Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be allowed in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical or banking error
  • Failure to activate a plan after successful transaction
  • Non-receipt of purchased product due to platform error

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or mistaken purchase
  • Subscription period has started or plan benefits used
  • Account found to be in violation of Terms of Service

Process for Requesting Refunds

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to desyra.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of payment
  2. Include transaction ID, payment receipt, and registered email ID
  3. After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
